Repair defective pipe without digging. 

1. Move the pipe insert into place using a skid or roller skid and observe with a pipe inspection camera. 
2. Then expand and lock into place by inflating a bladder inside of it forming a permanent water seal.
3. Deflate and remove the inflatable pipe plug. 
4. Multiple locking positions for a greater range of pipe sizes.

The hydrophilic rubber bonded to the stainless steel sleeve expands up to 300% ensuring a completely water tight seal.
