20" IPS - 30" IPS:  (500 mm - 800 mm)

Self-aligning fusion machines for welding plastic pipes from 20" to 30" IPS (800 mm).

The standard system includes the machine body, hot plate, pipe facer, electrically powered hydraulic power unit, rack for hot plate and pipe facer.

Pipe fusion machine frame: bearings, four clamps and two hydraulic clyinders with non-drip quick couplings.

Hot plate with separate therometer for measuring the working temperature.

Electric powered hydraulic power pack unit:

Ritmo Delta 800 fusion machine welds elbows, tees, wyes, stub-ends and other fittings. This is possible because the 3rd clamp can be anchored to the first and 2nd (movable) and slide along with the pipe. Fittings lock in the 4th clamp. Short neck stub-ends weld with the stub-end holder (optional) connected to the clamps.
